Hair Trade: I&K Bold & Blunt Hair Fringe...

Well it's been some time hasn't it. I whole heartedly apologise for my lack of posts but life, Christmas and babies has well and truly got in the way. 

But never fear as I have another fabulous item to share with you from Hair Trade, Hairtrade.com is one of the UK's leading online retailers of hair extensions, hair care and beauty  products, and I really would recommend taking a look at their website as there is an abundance of products and brands to chose from. 
As always us girls want what we don't have naturally when it comes to hair. It is sods law that when your hair is big beautiful bouncy curls, you want it poker straight and vice versa. For me I have major fringe envy. A want that has been constant throughout my teenage years right up until now is to have that blunt, big, thick, bold, eyelash skimming fringe. But no, I have a double corn-flick which basically looks like a Mc Donald's sign at the front of my head! 
So when I saw the I & K clip in bold and blunt fringe* on the Hair Trade website, I knew it had to be mine as it'd be perfect, and perfect it is.

I chose the I & K bold and blunt fringe in the colour 33- rich copper red as my hair has predominately been red this year and hasn't changed all too much. The colour match for me is perfect. My hair is freshly died at the moment so is a little off but in a week or so when the colour fades it will again be a perfect match. The fringe is available in 14 colours and retails at just £22.99. 

The length of the actual fringe is 6" long and the side 'bang' parts are 9.5" so there is plenty to play with. For me I haven't cut the fringe, I think I need to perhaps just think it out a little because the quality and thickness of the hair means that it's not the same texture as my own. The hair used is 100%  human hair so can be treated like your own, although the less heat and chemicals you expose it too then the better the condition and longevity of the fringe will be. 

The fringe piece attaches to the hair with two clips, the same that are on the I & K gold extensions so I instantly knew they were going to be a comfortable fit and I was confident it would stay in place all day or night. 

I attach the fridge pretty much on top of my head and not only does it give me the fringe I've always wanted, but it covers the very thin parts of my hair which I've never wanted, so it instantly transforms my style. 

I find the hair quality to be absolutely amazing, it feels soft, strong and is easily styled. I simply run the straighteners over the I & K fringe before clipping it in, and then again when it's in place to just make sure that it's blended with my own hair. 

I find it works in all different styles too, from wearing it with my shoulder length down straight or curly, then also with my hair tied back and even with my I & K Gold extensions, whether it be up or down. The natural look of the hair and versatility from it being such great quality human hair means that you can style it however you like. 

Overall this hair piece has absolutely changed my life! A big claim I know but it's how I feel. It gives me the hair style that I've always wanted. 

It is super comfortable to wear, whether it be during the day or on a night out, and feels secure throughout. I haven't yet washed it but I have the greatest confidence that it will wash fine.
